A wonderful practice that’s accessible for all
Thank you for sharing TRE as a practical tool to help trapped stress and trauma to move through the body. I watch my dogs process their stress and anxiety through shaking, stretching and yawning, and yet the human animal in modern day has been conditioned for control and composure. This is the first somatic practice that has made sense to me.

Disappointed
Lots of hard-to-hear stories; not much self help. During one exercise, the author emphasized that it was important to have a friend or family member present while you were working on it. Not really self help. It's possible that we're supposed to intuit what we're meant to do from the examples, but that wasn't what I was looking for.
