My son loves this series!

Any additional comments?

We listen to a lot of audio books in the car. We did all of Harry Potter and Percy Jackson. When I found this I wasn't sure my 8 year old would be into them but he is hooked! I also enjoy them which is a plus!

I know they're for kids, but....

I know they are for kids, but I am having a blast listening to these books. They are great for an afternoon of going back in time, when you used to believe in fairy tales.

good continuation

The series is developing well - really enjoying it and can't wait for the next one. The author is good at continuing to develop the characters.

Another excellent family freindly tale

My 5 year old daughter is almost obsessed with this series. In this tale, we discover who has Henry and Veronica, more is revealed about the scarlet hand, and oh...I won't spoil it for you. These tales are excellently written and wonderfully performed by Mr. Ganser. There are a great little listen for those longer trips with you kids in the car. I highly recommend them.

Fun-tastic Fairy Tale Adventure

My kids and I have loved listening to this series! The tales are adventurous and unpredictable. Mr. Buckley's creatuve and humourous writing style makes the characters and stories come to life.
We started the series on a road trip. We were so entertained, they forgot to ask" How much longer?!" Talk about Fairy tale magic!

My daughter and I LOVE this series

Would you consider the audio edition of The Problem Child to be better than the print version?

Yes! The Narrator was GREAT! The voice of Granny and Puck made the characters extra special to me. I know I wouldn't have felt the same way about them if I had just read the book. I loved the way he would have Puck say, "Old Lady." He delivery was spot on.

What other book might you compare The Problem Child to and why?

All the Sisters Grimm books. We read/listened to them in a week.

What does L. J. Ganser bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The voices! His delivery of the dialog was perfect. I KNOW we wouldn't have gotten as much enjoyment out of the series if we had just read them. I really enjoyed his narration

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Both. I was enjoyed this story and these characters so much, I couldn't wait to read the story and get to the next. I was sad when I reached the end of the series. I didn't want to "say goodbye."
