Adding this to my organizational book list. it was straight to the point and has some great tips. While some tips you may hear often some are new. It was useful as a reminder of strategies that may be used to be more efficient as a person that has adhd.

I enjoyed the simple straightforward way she shared strategies that help get ADHD to work with me instead of against me. So grateful for her personal examples that helped me connect with my quirks without my usual negative self talk. Issues that would have caused me to quit or feel discouraged have lost their power.. Her ideas work which I now know since finishing this wonderful book and am no longer so overwhelmed.

How wonderfully understanding and compassionate the writer is on this topic.
