Very Interesting!

Love the breakdown of the stages of sleep. Very easy to understand useful information. Interesting to discover the impact of sleep on a person's ability to function at full capacity.

Phenomenal amount of helpful info!

This short presentation contained a wealth of helpful information! Great listen and I will definitely be searching for more data to assist me with my sleep issues.

Informative on Phases of Sleep

Again, good work by Alexandra Hayes as this audio book quickly describing various phases of sleep. It is a very short yet informative audio books. Worth listening to, at least for me. Well narrated by Clarice Mertzger.

Hmmmm

I guess an author can only write about what they "know." While interesting, I found myself disappointed at the references to all that is yet unknown.

Informative

This one was informative, not relaxing. It would have been better served with the rest of the informative sleep audiobooks into one longer listen instead of a bunch of little ones.
