Great book, but where is the PDF?
Makes me mad that there's no accompanying PDF. You have to go to the website and purchase the diet guide for $29.95 which gives you the audiobook AGAIN and the PDF guide. What a rip off, I already own the damn audio book! All I need is the damn PDF! Guess I can return the audio book here and use the credit for something else.
