I accidentally bought this to save time. typically exercise books you do need to see the pictures but I'm very Advanced and have been working out for over 35 years. so ultimately I really had no problem with listening to this and it was interesting but the depth was limited as an advanced bodybuilder I did like it and would recommend it though you may want to consider getting the print copy. i was able visualize everything and thankfully found renewed inspiration.
