Don't waste more time on professional bodybuilder programs that are not helping you.

You need a solution from a guy who was tall and skinny and learned simple, proven methods to get bigger and stronger, naturally. I was called Slim-Jim for many years. I got sick of it and tried many programs and methods before finally discovering what really works for us lanky guys.

What you'll get in this ebook:-Strength Training Principles to gain strength and muscle (with a sample program to follow)-Common training/nutrition mistakes to avoid as a tall "hard-gainer"-Simple no-nonsense nutrition principles to follow so you gain muscle, not fat-Mindset Principles to keep you motivated and focused, so you achieve your goal of a bigger, stronger body.

If you're frustrated with the typical fitness info and wasting money on supplements that don't work, you need The Lanky Guy Solution. Up until now, us lanky guys have been left to figure it all out on our own. You get frustrated, injured and still skinny as a beanpole! This book is my answer for you to go from slim and soft to thick and rugged. From skin and bones to big and rugged. Written by: Jim White, CPT I have been training to get bigger and stronger for over two decades. I made plenty of mistakes along the way, getting injured, frustrated and going backwards in my quest to put on some serious muscle and get stronger. That is why I created this book for you.

You have a guide to help you get from where you are (tall and skinny) to where you want to be (big and strong)If you take action on the training, nutrition and mindset strategies in this book you will grow bigger and stronger without getting skinny-fat or wasting money on bogus supplements and professional bodybuilder programs.

I started this journey as a goofy 6'3" 150 lb. kid who could not do a single pullup. With the principles and strategies in this book, I built my frame up to 220 lbs. and increased my strength immensely. You can too, if you apply the information and TAKE ACTION! Brief and for a tiny audience

It was extremely brief. That was fine. I saw how long it was before I started it. I was prepared for that. The only real problem I think was that he was so close-minded with his direction. This book is for the very small group of people he wants to identify with. He only wants this book to be for people who want to get mildly in shape. This is not a book for tall skinny guys who want to be body builders or even just be muscular. I will take a couple tips with me about diet, but other than that this book just feels like him being a cheer leader.
