About this listen

From the world's number one best-selling writer - three pulse-pounding novels in one audiobook!

The Family Lawyer with Robert Rotstein: Matthew Hovanes is living a parent's worst nightmare: His young daughter is accused of bullying another girl into suicide. But this loving father is also a skilled criminal defense attorney. And something here doesn't add up....

Night Sniper with Christopher Charles: Cheryl Mabern is the NYPD's most brilliant detective - and the most damaged. Now she must confront her darkest fears to stop a calculating killer committing random murders.

The Good Sister with Rachel Howzell Hall: Her beloved sister's cheating husband has been found dead. Now, Dani Lawrence must decide if she will help the investigation that could put her sister away...or obstruct it by any means necessary.

Angry Story Reader

The Narrator sounded Angry throughout the stories; that reduced my enjoyment of the listening experience.

Great story as far as it went.

Still can not figure out why the story ended. It felt like the last half was omitted. Terrible teenagers who appeared guilty as sin. But the story ended before anything was resolved.

Wish the authors would go back and at least send these two terrible teens to jail. Consequently, this was the most disappointing tales from Audiobooks!

Short stories ruined it

The family lawyer was AMAZING!!! I loved it that story. The other 2 were not necessary at all. They should have just left it as is

there are three stories in this book

I would have liked to know that there were three stories in this book. I thought there was one book about the Family Lawyer, not The Family Lawyer and the Night Sniper and the Good Sister.

3 in 1

I was looking for one good book from Patterson who never disappoints. These were three short stories in one book. Entertaining, but not what I was expecting.

Entertaining, but not his best!

Enjoyed the book. Pleasantly surprised by the extra stories. But definitely not even close to being Pattersons best work.

Two out of Three

The first two stories are really good; the last one not so much. Still, worth it.

2 good and 1 bad

First 2 stories were great. The last one was terrible, and the narration was the same.
