Publisher's summary
The Enlightened Way discussed a little bit about who Buddha was.
This book discusses the problem everyone faces with depression and how to combat it through the Zen path with wisdom and meditation.
It is a matter of being disciplined everyday with training.
The Eightfold Path is discussed in this book. It is a list of rights to live by.
Also, we discuss how we go for freedom in our lives. It is not by being sloppy, but merely it is a form of action we take where we could live our lives with a degree of focus and then free ourselves of depression.
Suffering is a part of life and it's how we deal with that suffering is what the Zen Path teaches us.
These concepts just touch on what will be discussed in this short, but impactful book on how you can change your depression through the Zen Path.

And accompanying each ending is a beginning, though it may be unclear what the beginning holds. In How We Live Is How We Die, Pema Chödrön shares her wisdom for working with this flow of life—learning to live with ease, joy, and compassion through uncertainty, embracing new beginnings, and ultimately preparing for death with curiosity and openness rather than fear.

Story
How can we live our lives when everything seems to fall apart—when we are continually overcome by fear, anxiety, and pain? The answer, Pema Chödrön suggests, might be just the opposite of what you expect. Here, in her most beloved and acclaimed work, Pema shows that moving toward painful situations and becoming intimate with them can open up our hearts in ways we never before imagined. Drawing from traditional Buddhist wisdom, she offers life-changing tools for transforming suffering and negative patterns into habitual ease and boundless joy.

Story
On this unabridged audiobook Stuart Wilde explains that the Force is a part of each and every thing in the physical plane. This includes our planet, the stars and galaxies, and the physical universe...as it stretches out into space, beyond our perception. By its very nature the Force is immortal and never-ending. Because it is the inner light or "livingness" within all things, we call it universal.

Best short Audible on Zen I’ve found so far
Dear Audible reader friends - if you’ve looked around the low price range for books on Zen as much as I have, you’ve probably found a few gems. This is one. I absolutely love it that this author is so honest and embarked on a big project like rewriting his graduate papers. It makes me want to do that too. The book explains how to treat depression using Zen and Buddhist principles. Evaldi mixes in esoteric principles from Shamballa Warrior Training and from positive thinking authors like Wayne Dyer. I encourage you to listen to this. It’s short and to the point. I just went through it a second time - and decided it was time to get the word out about this excellent recording.
