In my life long quest for better health, I have heard all of these principles before, piece meal, a bit here and there, scattered in various books, Bible verses, articles and YouTube videos. Never before were they all in the same book. Thank you for getting together and bringing this book into the world! It was so transformative to have every aspect of creating Biblical health all in one location, in an easy to read format.

I am excited to start a Daniel Plan Bible study in the new year and take my friends & family through these principles.

This book has been on my radar for years, but I never made the move until now. This is one of the most well-rounded and sustainable health plans I have encountered. I am glad I finally made the choice to read it.

I enjoy the fact that The Daniel plan brings you into changing the way you think having faith that God can help you go through this life style change
it helps you look at food from a medical perspective that really helps removing unhealthy foods from your life
it focuses on the importance of fitness even if you don’t do a lot at least do something!
And have a support group of friends or family that want to embark on this journey with you
I enjoy the fact that they even have a mobile app and that you have a support group on Facebook

I get bogged down in all the rules and complicated menus in starting a new diet. I like the idea of looking for foods with simple ingredients. The spiritual aspect is also very helpful.
