Publisher's summary

Sometimes, there are things in the dark that aren’t there in the light…

Potter’s Neck has been quiet since Veronica and Vlad faced off with Dracula’s old enemy, Van Helsing. And although the battle was won… the war for ultimate power has only just begun. Yet the reprieve has ended and the tide of evil once again rushes in to coat the land in blood.

Countess Elizabeth Báthory, history’s most notorious female serial killer has spent her life trying to preserve her youth and beauty. Along the way, she discovers the power of blood and the legends of those who consume it. Through dark rituals, hideous murders and treachery, she moves ever closer to the attainment of immortal youth and ultimate power… and there’s only one man who stands in her way.

Van Helsing and his army of the undead grow and are now sinking their fangs into the prosaic community of Potter’s Neck. As a string of bizarre disappearances, brutal murders and strange disease strikes Manasaqua County, it’s clear to Vince, Veronica and their allies that the war has begun again. Can they stop Van Helsing before he drains the entire town of its life force? Or will the infamous vampire slayer eliminate Dracula’s allies one by one until he is alone and surrounded?

Horror rages unbidden as the landscape is painted in crimson gore in this exciting second Immortal Dracula vampire slaying novel!
