Just when you thought things couldn't get any deadlier, a massive fleet arrives from the future!

Thanks to Jim and his allies' efforts, there's finally peace in the galaxy...but all good things must come to an end.

The Black Fleet, hellbent on revenge, will indiscriminately ravage every planet on their way to Earth. This is the very definition of an extinction-level event, and nobody seems to able to stop the enemy ships in their tracks. To make matters worse, the Akakies are willing to sacrifice Earth to save their own species.

Having defied the odds a few times already, it again falls onto Jim and his friends to save the day, but can he counter such a universe-ending threat? And if he does, at what cost?

Don't miss The Black Fleet, the third book in The Crimson Deathbringer trilogy. If you like Star Wars/Star Trek style epic space battles, time-travel, and larger-than-life characters, then you'll love this third installment. Pick it up today and find out for yourself!

Another Sean Robins HIT!

I thoroughly enjoyed Mr. Robin's 2 preceding books in the series -- on top of a pleasing series, he hits all the marks for me with the humor, diversity of characters, and movie references -- I wouldn't have it any different! Book 3, he surprised me more than had the floor opened up beneath me and I was dropped into a pit with a Rancor beast -- he took the story and characters in a direction I never expected. He's done a great job of establishing his universe, characters, and overall story ambiance -- and clearly he has the writing skills to create more than most of us can immagine.

Dangit he did it again!! I am in love

This is becoming an addiction, I love this book and found every chance I could to listen to it. Sean has found a way of breaking my heart and loves to kill off people you fall in love with and figure that character is never going away. He left me with my mouth open babbling about they can't be dead, there is no way they are dead, OMG they are dead, why did he kill them there was no reason.

If you have listened to books 1 & 2 you MUST listen to book 3. If you want to listen for the first time, get books 1 & 2 first and you will not be disappointed.

Also I wanted to note if it wasn't for C.J. Grey I don't know if these books would be the same. I love the full audio production on this and think all books should match this series on quality, attention to detail and overall perfect implementation of how audiobooks should be made in the 21st Century.

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review

This Series Needs Its Own Movie Series

I want to see this series as a movie. As a bunch of movies! I love Jim. He is the perfect, imperfect hero! He has the most perfect lines even though some of them suck, or are just too silly to be believable. Because if his character is saying them, they ARE believable. I definitely think that this has been the best book so far, but there’s a couple of more books to go, so you never know what could happen next. I hate that I can’t get attached to anybody. I don’t want to spoil anything so I won’t say more, but I really just hate that part. Even with the part that I hate, though, I was ready to jump straight into listening to the next book.

CJ Grey is the perfect narrator. His voice is perfectly modulated to make Jim sound even better than he should. He can do a woman’s voice, and even an alien voice with sheer perfection.

If you haven’t started on this series yet, go back, get books 1-3 and get started. It’s fantastic!

WOW! What a Journey

This story is captivating, intriguing, emotional, and gripping! Great follow up the book 2 and leaves you wanting more of this world with Jim! Laughs, tears, and suspense play from start to finish. Had to pick my jaw up a few times as well as dab the wetness from my eyes! Great story from a great storyteller

Great Series

Books 3 picks up a book 2 left off. A lot more happens in this book so many people end up dying. They have to come up with a plan how to save the earth and all the other species join together to help them do this. This is an awesome series and well worth the listen.

Just keeps getting better and better

Another book that just captivated me from the beginning and left me speechless and heartbroken towards the end. You get so invested in these characters and feel it when they are killed off and surprisingly even the evil prior characters are likeable now. I kept going back to listen every opportunity I had can't wait to see what happens next with Jim and all the other characters. Narrator does a wonderful job with this book.

Excellent

Book review
Book 3 continues the adventures of the king slayer, the greatest tactician, Mr. president and the legend him self left off. This time answering some self inflicted questions along the way. The humans have slowly turned into those who they once couldn’t tolerate and making the decisions to change their own moral compass must have its consequences. Just wait for the ending, you’ll either be jumping in joy or throwing unfitting tantrums. Can’t wait for book 4, should be a good time.

Pandemonium and Morality

The Black Fleet is a strong addition to the Crimson Deathbringer series. There is the sardonic humor characteristic of the earlier stories. And there is a truly epic space battle that is described as “pandemonium “. But what makes this novel outstanding is how it shows the grayish morality and motivation, and the ultimate
sadness of armed conflict.
