We live in a world of seeds. From our morning toast to the cotton in our clothes, they are quite literally the stuff and staff of life, supporting diets, economies, and civilizations around the globe. Just as the search for nutmeg and the humble peppercorn drove the Age of Discovery, so did coffee beans help fuel the Enlightenment and cottonseed help spark the Industrial Revolution. And from the fall of Rome to the Arab Spring, the fate of nations continues to hinge on the seeds of a Middle Eastern grass known as wheat.

I’m about a 1/3 of the way through the book but felt compelled to review the AI reading before finishing. It’s quite remarkable, right down to the reader sounding like he needs to clear a frog from his throat at numerous points. Problem is, “he” never clears it.

Thank you,
Thank you for allowing this book to be audible, I am 4 1/2 months into UEI Riverside for basic HVAC learning welding, electric motors and plumbing and duct calibrations for balancing. I understand better by listening and hands-on learning, and you made it understandable thank you very much. Appreciate it and I’m gonna be listening to this multiple times and recommend this to other trade school students. I’m very interested in duct work and balancing the house flow.
