creating positive change

This is a self-help book on creating better habits - much of it is common sense but sometimes you just need to hear things for that aha moment. Everything is achievable and she goes thru each step with examples. What I really love is that the audiobook comes with the pdf version of the book too. It is great having both versions because the eBook is an easy way to jump to sections that you want to go over again and this way no matter if you do better with reading or listening to something you have book.
