Publisher's summary

The revenge he needs...or the woman who could be his?

As Commander of the Arcav forces, Jaret is ice-cold and remote. So one is more surprised than Jaret, when he insists on leading the mission to rescue the humans kidnapped for slavery.

The mission is well below his pay grade, and humans are little more than savages. But every bone in his body compels him to take the trip.

Jaret has been completely dedicated to the Arcav race for centuries. He has one goal: Destroy the Grivath and avenge his parent's deaths. The problem? One small, terrified human with defiance written all over her face.

When Amanda wakes up on an alien space ship she'll do anything to get back to Earth.

Her sister could be dying while these giant grey beasts talk about selling her and the other human women as slaves.

Fortunately, a menacing Arcav commander agrees to reunite with her sister. He’s completely unapproachable, with his dark scowl, cold voice, and dead eyes. But she can see glimpses of the kind male beneath his gruff exterior.

Jaret has been fighting for vengeance for centuries. But now he must make a choice: Revenge for his ruined childhood, or the woman who may just be his mate.

The Arcav Commander's Human is a full-length romance with no cliff-hanger and a guaranteed HEA. It's best enjoyed after listening the first two audiobooks in this series.

Ugh

The writing style is good and the narrator is great. The story though…. Ugh. The main male character is an absolute selfish dip$hit a$$hole until the very end then realizes he needs to change and the woman immediately forgives. It was hard to stomach. It turned me off from any other books in this series. Blah.
