I needed this book!
I've been an on-and-off journaler for my whole life. And this book reminded me how much better my life is when I'm journaling! And it gave me some great food for thought about how to use that time better.

Excellent listen
I've been toying with the idea of starting a journal. This offered some excellent perspectives into the benefits of journaling, like using it for health etc. Definitely going to give it a try.
