This book will help you understand your drinking and your thoughts, and prove how unhealthy alcohol is for you! She leaves it up to you to decide if drinking is right for you. I’ve listened once to her book, but I will need a few times to keep me motivated!

What a positive experience!
Thank you Annie for your supportive, and non-judgmental way of guiding the reader through this 30 day journey. I listened on Audible and I highly recommend that modality for the 30 day experiment. Your positivity. energetic voice , and encouragement in each chapter/daily step of the experience made it a lot easier to follow through with the experiment each day. I’m so glad that I did this 🥰

Helpful Day-at-a-Time Approach to Living AF
This audiobook is a helpful companion to Annie Grace’s “This Naked Mind” and to her online programs for getting control over alcohol. The fact that it’s broken into one-day-at-a-time chapters is useful if you just want to spend a little time each day learning about and thinking about alcohol and how it impacts you. However, you can also choose to listen to several days of information at a time, and you can easily revisit chapters that are particularly relevant for you. She’s not the most skilled narrator. I found her annunciation errors to be annoying but the fact that she reads her own material lends authenticity to the book so I’m still glad she read it — I just wish she had a better editor/producer who could fine tune her delivery. In any case, this was a very helpful book for me as I embark on an alcohol free life.
