A waste of 3 hours

like the other listener said, this was maybe 45 minutes of useful information. But it was created by AI and read by AI and the quality really shows.

It seems "stuffed" with keywords, like "mindful" literally hundreds of unnecessary times. Every time the word Qi is used, the 'narrarator' literally says "... pronounced 'che'". The same when "TCM" is used; the narrator inserts 'Traditional Chinese Medicine'. This is useful maybe once per book, or at most once per chapter, but it is super annoying. And other superficial buzz phrases like "...believed to support (or promote)..." over and over and over again.

There are times in every audiobook when my brain begins to drift. I come back and wonder where I left off. With this book, it literally felt like the chapters were looping, repeating the same things over and over and over.

Absolutely no real info

This book just repeats over and over. There's really nothing worth 3+ hours in this book. If I don't hear mindful eating ever again it would still be too soon. Absolute waste of time!
