Self-Discipline

A well written guide on Self-discipline. Steps are clearly presented and explained. Good job done by narrator in an easy style to follow. Just listen and apply to enjoy a skill which few have mastered.

A great resource for getting me where I want to be.

I love this book! I’ve listened to it at least three times as it takes me awhile to truly create change and it is working.
