Common sense response to getting health

I appreciate Dr. Malhotra’s common sense response to helping people get healthier, backed up by statistics and research. My next book is “the Pioppi Diet” which builds on this. My provider supports this as my next step in building new habits to manage diabetes.

Understanding the real pandemic and its solutions

Explains which people are most vulnerable to covid-19 and what they can do to make themselves more resilient. Also guidelines for public policy where in enlightening.

Great conclusion on action

The directions on what to do were clear and easy to follow. the social initiative and governmental plans are something we can all pitch in on and help out.
