I’m excited about this book and the potential that it has for my own company and the work that I do. As I’m trying to grow people in trying to develop systems and help her work processes flow more efficiently, this book has streamlined everything I seem to be going into one robust source. It seems easy to share an easy to follow and easy to teach. I’m looking forward how to implement this in my own workplace even in the service industry it seems to constantly be Changing.

I was watching a video on YouTube and this lady (sorry, I can’t remember who she was) was saying this book changed her company. I have always wanted to figure out how to improve personally and business-wise. I’ve just finished listening to it and now I want to get the book. The author does say in the beginning to listen to the whole thing before implementing anything, which I now believe to be true. I hope this helps.

A wonderful book that I found to be developmental and maturative for a young man coming of age such as myself. I found this book to be worthwhile and generally interesting and I further highly recommend this book.

it was quite a while since I was looking for a simple and straightforward SYSTEM for SYSTEMISING my business. Matter of fact since I read The E-Myth first time.

David Jenyns managed to finally satisfy my very fussy taste in simplification by writing this book. like Allan Dib the author of "The 1-Page Marketing Plan" said, it's a category killer and I believe you should definitely read it and more importantly implement it.

Builds on Michael Gerber’s work, but author plugs his website way too many times. Four stars instead of three because there was a decent take away to use a separate software for managing her SOP’s then the one that you used to manage your projects

I recommend the book wholeheartedly - read it and apply it! It will transform your business.

I'd done a lot of the things that are mentioned here and have been able to move from "The Sun Leader" - a.k.a. the guy who needs to do everything and be everywhere, to running my business from another city with a out 3-4 hours a day while the business keeps growing every year!
