This "Super Self-Discipline" sleep learning program was designed to assist the listener in enhancing self-thoughts related to mental clarity, focus, self-discipline, an empowered attitude, willpower, and follow through.

Some say that we are the sum total of what we surround ourselves with. For example, what we choose to watch on television, listen to on the radio, who we choose to surround ourselves with, and even the thoughts we think all have an effect on our overall perceptions and thought patterns. Just like the foods that we eat, over time, create our bodies, our thoughts shape who we are, and ultimately what types of situations we manifest in our lives.

Sleep learning can benefit a listener in powerful ways. The mind stays active even while we are sleeping. For example, a mother may sleep soundly through thunderstorms and barking dogs yet the sounds of her baby stirring in the next room will often awaken her instantly. Why not use this time (while you are asleep) to realize your potential?

In addition to therapeutic hypnotic techniques and meditative affirmations, this program is further enhanced by the use of brainwave entrainment such as solfeggio tones, isochronic tones, bilateral stimulation, and white noise. Really deep thoughtfulness.

Works as promised

The effect it has is accumulative. It’s only been a short time, and my productivity is already up. I’m knocking out tasks that before I procrastinated on and put off.

It really works

Love it. I have been using this book to go to sleep and wake up feeling refresh
and more energy after a few months of use. It's amazing.

Better then 1st impression

I upped my ratings of this meditation book. The voice is soft and soothing. And so is the background sounds (binaural beats and music). The affirmations are very repetitive, but I guess that's the point.

Anna is the best

I love all of Anna Thompson's stuff. The language for perfectly with my beliefs and world view and hey voice is very soothing and easy to receive.
I only wish I could borrow from my wife because she has more in her account than I do but that's more a review of Audible.

underbeat too fast to enablle excellent resource

the underbeat mimics a fast HR which totally ruined this othereise excellent resource and did the opposite of intention of audiobook. it should be evident that HR esp.in suggestive states tries to.mimic external perceived HRs. SLOW it down! cannot use and VERY disappointed as resupt was opposite to inducing restful state. would give it a 5 star rating if underbeat was slowed down

Love these, but The intro needs to be fixed asap

I listen to these albums on Spotfy and YouTube music every night and none of them have that loud a** "this is audible" waking me up in the middle of the night. I like to set the different albums up using the NEXT feature on aidible so that another plays right after. It breaks my sleep, startles me awake, making the purchases from Audible unusable. Someone needs to do something, it's ridiculous. I prefer the titles on audible, but I have to use the titles from this artist that are available on Spotify and YouTube Music instead. Such a simple fix. I am disappointed.

Very poor sound quality

Anna Thompson does an excellent job writing and narrating hypnosis tapes but the sound quality of this recording is terrible.

Terrible sound quality

This has so much potential but the sound quality is horrendous. It’s fine for the intro, but the main portion of the recording sounds underwater.

You’re supposed to listen to this for multiple days in a row and I couldn’t get through more than 2 sessions. It was like nails on a blackboard. Maybe if I had headphones it would have helped??? But I can’t sleep with them or they wake me up with discomfort or twisting shortly after falling asleep. Overall? Not recommended.
