I enjoy Manoj’s narration of the book. More importantly, I enjoyed how to content of the book weaves through meditation education, how to put it into practice, and the recognition of our humanistic qualities that will make practicing great, good, and just what you needed to move forward.

It’s OK to be vulnerable. Give room to yourself to grief, to feel, and to recover.
