Very good information

I stayed interested enough to listen to the book while watching football. The fact that the author shared his own journey with being unhealthy as a healthcare provider, gave me a sense of comfort in knowing this person is coming from a good and trustworthy place. He covered quite a bit of information from a professional and patient's perspective. Diving into the root cause of why we become afflicted with some of the diseases and conditions that plague society was a huge plus! Lots of resourceful information as it relates to our diet and metabolic health. I highly recommend this book.

Truly informative

Great information that provides real and actionable information. Interesting confirmation of the reality that there is much disinformation out there on overall and cardiovascular health. This book provides clear, concise information in understandable terms on how you can take charge of your metabolic health. Great “read.”

Need more doctors like Dr. Ovadia

I knew a lot of this information but Dr. Ovadia had more information that’s science/biologically based. Hopefully, many people will follow his advise. It’s truly life altering/saving.

A must read for better health

heart healing through carnivore.

my wife and I have been eating carnivore for the last 3 months.
we both feel amazing. our minds were clear today. our attitude have changed.
