Skip the Facebook groups! Read this instead!
There is a ton of misinformation out there on Facebook groups regarding the ketogenic diet. This is the resource I've been waiting for! A real doctor who has read the materials and the research and understands the chemistry. I've been doing keto since 2017 and I have read case studies and clinical trials and Google scholar documents to try and understand the chemistry behind the keto diet. This is the one book that puts a face on the keto diet and walks you through a story of fighting cancer. Highly recommended for anyone and everyone!

I know several people who have started and failed with a Keto Diet. I purchased a couple paperback copies of this book to pass around. This book is powerful. Inspiring. Full of hope.
