Truly worthwhile.

I know I will listen to this book again and again. I feel the effect on me and there is definitely positive effect from repeated listening

Not a revolution.

A helpful audiobook, covering the importance of meditation and mindfulness. Definitely well narrated. The guided meditations are very calming.

I think this is a good purchase for those, who are new to mindfulness and need something accessible. However if you're looking for something in depth, you probably only need the guided meditations

excellent

it's a perfect beginning point for those who want to practice mindfulness. very, very easy listening. i would say one listen per day is what you need to do on average.

More than guided meditations.

Actually this audio book covers many aspects of mindfulness. It's not just a guided meditation book, but also a very helpful guide for everyday life.
