audiobook is a help for falling asleep
I've always had difficulty falling asleep because my mind keeps racing and this book will make a marked difference. The soothing voice had an immediate impact on my ability to relax even during the day so I'm looking forward to using it as a part of my nighttime routine. Straight to sleep
I started this as I was struggling to sleep so looking for all sorts of answers, within the first 10 minutes of listening I found myself drifting off and then for good reasons didn't finish the audio! Very useful and can't wait to keep using it as I struggle with sleep. A must for anyone else that struggles!
