For anyone interested in improving communication
A great guide to improving how we communicate with others and also getting a much better understanding of what others are 'actually' communicating to us, especially when they are being deceptive. This is short enough to re-listen to many times in order to really understand and implement the skills in our day to day interactions with others. Improving our communicational skills can really have a huge impact on our lives.

Just "wow "
I listened to him on the Jordan Harbinger podcast. Then I saw a YouTube video of his. It wasn't until I stumbled across this book title that I put it all together. Then I listened to the book. Simply the most powerful behavioral / personality reading material I have ever read or seen.
How powerful is this book? I debated leaving a review because I am afraid of this info getting into the wrong hands. I have only listened once and can already see elements in myself and others I interact with. I can't imagine these methods in the hands of a skill practioner.

Helpful life lessons on people and living
I could not express how great this book is. It skims the top but is full of knowledge that one could easily slide into a rabbit hole with. Eye blinking stops completely with this book… (you will get that after reading it). I could not put it down and read at 1.5 x speed to cram the first time then once again at regular to take notes, and the 3rd time to ensure all was absorbed. Thank you Mr. Hughes for your dedication to the craft and knowledge and for sharing it with the world . Simply amazing can’t wait to read more,

EDUCATED!
Wow. I don't usually write reviews on books, but this one deserves it. Human psychology has been an intrigue of mine for years. yet even as I write this I am more informed of myself than I ever have been before...and I wasn't even reading it to learn about myself! I may not be the first to admit this but I will admit that I had a horrible case of the Dunning Kruger effect. I'm all knowledge and reading with very little EXPERIENCE and skill. Because of how thorough this author is in writing about human behavior and their psychology, many of my opinions have changed on whether or not suspects in the world are guilty or innocent amongst other things. I even went back to old videos I watched on YouTube and watched them again just to see what my new perspective is. I'm going to reread this and I am NOT going to be a part of the 2% who doesn't take advantage of all the resources that this book provides to become SKILLED in the world of profiling people. thank you to the authors editor and family put this book out there. THIS IS NOT ONLY A MUST READ- IT IS A MUST USE educational book! I will also like to add but the number one thing that will help you and all of this is to genuinely care about who you were talking to and this will make the compass so much more easier to fill out. you care about someone you will find yourself asking them questions without forcing anything. Book unparalleled, narrator subpar
This is a major eye opening yet introductory book of its kind. Author is very charitable and has made his most useful behavioral table of elements (periodic table of human behavior) accessible on his website. There is a lot to learn and regular practice of these methods will clearly take longer than how long the book is.
Only feedback- it doesn’t look like many narrators were screened to do this task. But you eventually get used to the narration with occasional setbacks along the way.

Loved it; repetition without being laboriously repetitive (and I'll probably listen to it again). Great way to learn. Highly recommended for those interested in learning to read body language. Love how the author incorporates his personality and humor into the book, as well.

This book is very informative. Great resource on communication styles, and personalities. I can see how it will help with conflict resolution. It can help build repore. Mr Hughes has an impressive background in intelligence.
