Fantastic!
I purchased this audiobook for my girlfriend and she loves it! She listens to 30 minutes of this every day of the week and has noticed a huge change in her emotions. Mental health is just as important as physical health if not more important, if your mental health isn't in check then everything and everyone will be affected. It is structured very well and easy to follow and absorb, well done 10/10!

Beautifully written !
I loved this book. This is so much more than the regular self-help book. This book dives into dealing with trauma, emotions, and thoughts that aren't serving us. I would encourage any woman who is looking to step into her fullest potential to listen to this. There are some great affirmations and pep talks to help us heal as well. Great book !!

What is my purpose?

Got this for my partner.
Self-forgiveness has always been an issue, but the exercises in this book have made a night and day difference in clearing past pain and looking forward in life. So much for us both to take in. Highly recommended listening.
