That might make it sound like there’s plenty of work for everyone, but that’s being naive. If you’ve been in this industry for a day or a decade, you know how competitive it can get. My name is Ken Conrad, and I have more than 20 years’ experience in the industry. I own Conrad’s Roofing and Construction out of Tulsa, OK. Great book for a start up entrepreneur getting in the roofing business
A quick read with a ton of information in it. Chapter 3 was my favorite. I believe there are a lot of tools that a roofer needs when providing the right information to the homeowner whenever they need our services. This book provides quick detailed information how to overcome the hurdles in our business. Great read and would recommend it to anyone.
