About this listen

The Eldritch Horror believes victory is imminent, but it didn't count on Hestia's Champion

Jake's family arrive at Cascadia to find an army of the dead at the gates of the Alliance stronghold. He immediately launches an attack to save his new allies.

But it's not just the city that's at risk, the entire planet of Highlands and the millions of Beastkin that live there are under threat from the armies of Tartarus. To liberate it, he will have to assume the mantle of leadership and empower the Beastkin, forming his Guild and uniting the tribes.

Will Jake have what it takes to become their savior, leading the Beastkin to their redemption? Or will millions die, their ancient legacy to be lost forever?

Great addition to the series.

Jack, or Jake, and his harem of summons, 3 so far, are on a new world. A world of beastkin, and they need to save this world from being taken over by the Void and its evil destruction of life.
The group is getting stronger as they keep on taking out the bad guys and defying the evil gods.
They need to have a place to call "home base." Will this world be it?
I was gifted this book with the expectation of an honest review.
Great story and narration. I'm excited for book 4.
I give this book 7 out of 5 stars.

Epic pitched battles. Awesome speeches for blood. I'm so into this series and I can't wait to read the next one

5 stars

Another great book by J J Bookerson. You will not be disappointed. Also the dual narration really brings the story to life. I received a free copy in exchange for an honest review.

Cool story but Jake is still an awful character.

I really like the story and Ophelia and fhessiah are awesome characters. Berry is an annoying person that shoulda been killed off. Jake is still the epitome of corny. His dialogue is like the most awful of hallmark movies. I feel uncomfortable for him whenever he speaks.

pity party

Please stop with the pity party. No person, let alone woman likes men with so much self doubt and need for reassurance. it's painful to listen to his self doubt so often. Four or five books between episodes at least please. Feels like it happens every third of a book almost. I'm personally, and no doubt many other readers, are tired of his self doubt. It is not only unheroic.. it's anti-heroic. It's a serious detriment to people in general, and it's not actually a trait someone who has high drive and talent at really high levels would posess. Someone who prepares like this, and has the focus needed to do these things could not afford to constantly doubt, and one that did would not be capable of achievement. By this point in his life it's no longer humble, and would have been washed out of his personality by his achievement.

And it's pathetic.

Just Terrible

Book 1 = Good
Book 2 = OK kind of. . .
Book 3 = Terrible, I mean 500 books in my library and this has to be one of the 10 worst.
