Great Listen
This audiobook was very informative and thorough. It covered things you would never even know affected your gut. I loved how it spoke about eating consciously and undistracted, focusing on eating and not busying yourself. It went it prebiotics and probiotics and suggested going to natural sources of nutrients in food, which I really appreciated because in this day and age where it is easier to just supplement, this book didn’t pick a side but recommended what would work better for us and pros and cons of each. Overall it was a gentle and easy listen. Practical tips and gives listeners aspects into gut health that you would never even guess were connected.

fantastic
I like many Americans have had several issues with my gut due to heavy beer drinking. It can be hard to maintain a diet that reduces and removes these problems without specific knowledge.
