I love that Debra is faith forward, but so understanding of the struggles we all face during different seasons of our life. I have enjoyed all of her books, I cannot wait to read more of her work. Therapists out there, if you are interested in therapy that involves scripture and a God-centered message of grace, Debra is your go to author. I admire her vulnerability, genuineness, sense of humor and above all her humble spirit. Keep writing Debra you are a blessing to many!!

Great book !

INCREDIBLE book!
I have listened to other books by Debra Fileta & have learned so much!! So when I first heard her talk about Reset, I knew Lord was going to use that book in my life. I bought the preorder & downloaded it the morning it went live:) Debra teaches in a way that makes so much sense. I am going to start this book again & take notes. This time I am going to write down the Bible verses she shares and put them up in my office. This is the first time I feel like I have understanding why I react the way I do to random things in my daily life. It makes so much sense! It gives me hope because I know the Lord wants me to be free of these past traumas. I just never understood how to do it! Debra, thank you for trusting the Lord with the gifts He has given you & sharing all of your knowledge & wisdom!

This was a winner for me
