A MUST LISTEN
After leaving a relationship where I was constantly made to feel like I was never enough, this book was a breath of fresh air. It dives deep into understanding narcissistic abuse and its effects. This audiobook helped me work through my trauma bonding and taught me how to stop overthinking every little thing. I'm now on a healthier path, learning to love and trust myself again. It felt like it was speaking right to me
The part about gaslighting reminded me of the time I started doubting my own memory because someone kept twisting the truth. this audiobook helped me a lot.
Before this, I was stuck in a cycle of doubting my feelings and thoughts, thanks to a pretty toxic relationship and this audiobook helped me a lot. The section on gaslighting helped me realize I wasn't crazy and my feelings were valid. Armed with this new understanding and the practical steps from the workbook, I've started to trust myself again and set healthy boundaries.

Helping me to understand my experiences
Although I haven't finished 'Recovery from Narcissistic Abuse' yet, what I've listened to is enough to say that it's rare to find a resource that addresses complex PTSD and codependency with such clarity. Great deal
I used to read a lot of forums about healing from narcissism, but I have also learned a great deal from this audiobook. Healing begins with you: forgiving yourself for allowing a harmful person to mistreat you, seeking strength in your faith, finding love and support from family and friends, seeking professional help, and if necessary, hiring a formidable lawyer. You will make it through, just as I did. It's worth listening to.

Finally, Something That Makes Sense!
