Easy and sustainable weight loss
I have always had trouble with my weight, and I have yo-yo'd so many times I wanted to find a path that works for me. I came across this audiobook, and although it touts rapid weight loss, that is not why I got it. Getting off the Yo-Yo was my plan, but I gave this book a shot. I am glad I did; the book is well written from more than just a eat less, move more mentality. The information is super easy to follow, and I am really enjoying the meditations. if your wanting to try something new and not starve yourself, give this a try.

Wonderful resource for weight loss
Love does it again! This fantastic listen is a great way to push deep into your subconscious and guide your mind to think positively about your weight loss journey.
I am a weight loss physician and do this every day. A book like this can be a wonderful tool for those struggling with the mental/emotional challenge of weight loss, which, who isn't, right?? Weight loss is an extremely emotional journey for most.

Interesting Listen for Hypnosis Exploration
I picked up this book out of curiosity and gave it a listen, but didn’t actually try the techniques. The guided meditations and affirmations are calming, and the overall tone is relaxing. While I didn’t go through the steps, it was an interesting introduction to the idea of hypnosis for weight loss. If you’re curious about the concept, it’s worth a listen to get a feel for what it offers, even if you’re not ready to dive in fully.

Helps shift your mindset
I wasn't sure what to expect going into this as I have never pursued hypnosis whatsoever before. The key to benefiting from this audiobook is leaving your skepticism and hesitancy at the door and to participate fully. I think this takes practice, so be prepared to listen to it more than once to get 'in the hang' of things. The affirmations are great and I found the delivery of the audio to be effective and relaxing. To everyone on this journey tired of diet after diet, give it a try to help shift your subconscious focus, but also get the extra boost to change the conscious daily things too.
