Great audiobook!

What a fantastic book for changing your unhealthy lifestyle! I don't have enough time for my health because I have a part-time job and am a student. However, after listening to these hypnosis sessions, I was truly inspired to use the simple techniques and meditation offered to better my life. The author performed a fantastic job! Additionally, I would want to thank the narrator, whose voice helped me stay engaged. For anybody seeking inspiration to reduce weight, this five-star book is a must-read.

Release your blocks to weight loss with hypnosis

I've often struggled with weight loss and bad habits in general… I always thought hypnosis wouldn't work for me. But I feel super hopeful after listening to this before and during sleep. The soothing affirmations are helping to change my mindset. The guided meditations help me to release and relax, and feel stronger than ever before.

Effective

This book covers all the reasons and topics as to why women struggle with their weight. I felt understood and hopeful to understand and how to shift my mindset about my body and my weight. The affirmations, body positivity and guided meditations are great and I really enjoyed the narration. Very calming. I plan to continue doing this and feeling better about myself.
