About this listen
We have Mother's Day right after the wedding, which is very bittersweet for me. Man, I seriously miss my mom. But I have Patricia now, and I'm excited to celebrate her. She's an amazing mom, and I love that I get to count her as mine now. The problem is, I'm also going to have to see her mom, which could go either way. I really hope that she behaves herself. Losing her family on Mother's Day would be so horrible. Her heart won't be the only one that gets broken if she makes that happen.
We're spending the week after Mother's Day in Portland, then we'll go on our trip. The Netherlands is going to be a fun adventure, I'm excited for that adventure. All our trips are fun, but this one will be a first. I'll let you find out what I mean later. Trust me, it's going to be…interesting.
Then I have to get over my fear of Bakersfield, that's going to be incredibly difficult to overcome. I'm determined, and my next step will be our after-party. I just hope that I don't panic myself into a seizure. We've found that my meds don't completely stop them from ever happening. Fingers crossed that doesn't happen, it's a strong possibility.
