Scaling Genius

This book was recommended by my executive coach and I’m so glad I listened! It’s a must read for entrepreneurs looking to scale, and businesses caught in a rut. The book logically identifies stages of growth, how to get to “predictable success” without overshooting, and steps along the way. It demystifies scaling and leaves you hungry for more of the authors insights.

For us as a fast-scaling charity, I hired a staff member to focus on excellence and setting up systems. The pandemic slowed the process down so this book came at just the right time. In essence, I sensed “whitewater” would come if we didn’t act fast. This book could help other businesses plan for their future in similar ways.

Good book to help get and keep your company performing well for the long term.

I really enjoyed this book a lot. It reminded me somewhat of other books, but it did clearly stay at the different stages of accompany and I think it blended some pieces together that other books left out or glossed over or thought that system should just take care of. I recommend giving it a read if you’re a business leader, looking to help your company improve.

No substance or real solid information to take

so much information and yet no substance to it. I finished this book hoping to have learned some quality information as my husband and I have goals to open 2 businesses soon. I don't feel I gained any real wisdom from this reading unfortunately.
