Good business book
Business books can be hit or miss, doubly so for older ones as the references age. This book is pretty solid for a business book. Some of the references are dated but the book is centered around a ideas related to how marketing should be approached in the 21st century. Better than it’s short too and to the point.

Don't be boring.
Even though many of the examples of companies and products are dated, the bottom line remains the bottom line. Figure out how to be remarkable. Superior customer service wins every time.
Seth Godin is a remarkable marketer and a very deep thinker. His material is always worth reading--again and again.

Seth Godin always says something of value
...but this one, at this point, is a bit dated. Even as a "new edition."
Still, Godin is a master of the paradox and a source of inspiration, so if you just want to challenge or freshen up your business approaches, go for it. But maybe pick one of his more recent works.
