Wonderful book on intermittent fasting. I plan on starting the 16/8 plan after Thanksgiving. I was excited to know it also helps improve cognitive function and can boost energy as well. I must readhlisten for anyone that wants to get healthy and stay that way!

Real Advice!

I have listened tot his audiobook two times because I learned so much. Things are different once you turn 50 and the author clearly understands that and gives amazing advice and direction. I am so happy to have found intermittent fasting advice specifically designed for women ( over 50) like myself.
