Positive and fulfilling travel experience.
I’m not sure if it’s just me or if anyone can relate. My purpose for traveling is usually to relax, unwind, and breathe. But as I leave my house, I feel a lot of doubts. Is everything will be okay? What if I missed my flight? Is the place safe? Are the people friendly? This question still lingers in my mind even after doing a lot of research on my trip. So, what I did was listen to this audiobook over and over before my travel. I’m sooo glad that I found this book. It really helped me to calm down and shift my thoughts. Truly it's mind over matter. The book will help you to manifest a more positive and fulfilling travel experience.

A Great Way to Prepare for any Trip
Powerful Affirmations for Travel is a great addition to any travelers routine before they start a journey away from home. It does a fantastic job reinforcing the positives one should have on their mind- everything from confidence in the packing process, to trying new regional food. Don’t forget to pack! And not only your suitcase.
I love to travel but I’m a fretter..Packing anxiety ..You know the routine… too much, not enough..is it the right stuff, what did i forget? Where to stay, which flight ..do I really want to solo..my list can not only be long and daunting but I keep revisiting even after i think i’m done. Then I listened to Powerful affirmations for Travel . I listened 3 times prior to leaving and went to sleep on my trip packing my brain with these reminders to enjoy every moment. It worked! I loved the beautiful and calming energy these words offered. Try listening not only for your next trip but also as a reminder you can always get away! Thanks Kat.

So good for an anxious mind
I’m a pretty anxious person so I’m a fan of anythjng that can calm my mind and help reframe my thoughts. I will definitely be playing these affirmations on repeat on my next trip. I like the idea of listening to them with headphones on a flight…or writing them in a journal.

Great to have in the background
Repetition is key to making affirmations work yet a lot of us, myself included, do not always make this a habit. From personal experience, I find that what really helps is to listen to affirmations in the background as to let the message influence my subconscious mind and thus, I’m not efforting to make myself believe the affirmation nor am I berating myself for being inconsistent.
This audiobook then is a great way to really instill new beliefs to override old ones related to fear, overwhelm, etc related to travel. I actually have this playing in the background when I’m driving around and while I’m doing mundane things around the home.
I feel that this book is a brilliant adjunct to the travel planning process as it helps one to tackle normal fears while also generating excitement for upcoming trips. ⭐️
