About this listen

Anastasia Villiers has hit rock bottom. And that rock is named Espoir Island.

Abandoned by her disgraced investment banker husband who liquidated all of their assets and fled the country, Anastasia is left with nothing - except for Fishscale House, a broken-down Queen Anne in the Michigan hometown she swore she’d left for good.

If Ana quickly renovates and flips the dilapidated building, she can get back to Manhattan and salvage her life. The problem? The only person on the island with historical renovation cred is Ned Fitzroy - Ana’s first love - who insists she help him with the labor herself. As Ana gets reacquainted with Ned, and her hometown, she realizes home may be just what she’s always wanted.

Uplifting

I love Molly Harper books, they're fun, flirtatious, easy on the soul! They're relaxing, makes you want more, makes you want to visit the locations of her books! Amanda Ronconi is like listening to a great friend! The combination is perfection, like a fine wine and a great meal.

Short But Sweet

It was a short story but I knew that going in. It was entertaining and light hearted. The narrator was easy to listen to and I enjoyed listening. I would consider the author again.

Such a fan.

So good, I wish it was longer! I’m a great fan of all Molly Harper’s books. I overlooked this one but I’m glad I finally read it.

Love it!

The story was great and it could have been much longer! The narrator is so easy to listen to as well! I could listen to a dozen books like this !😊

Questionable title

I found both the narration and the storyline to be very interesting. The title of the book did not seem to have any relationship to the story

Cute & easy listen

First of all, let me say that I loved the title and thought it was really funny because I thought “pasties” meant what women wear over their nips…but it’s not that haha. It was quick and an easy, sweet little listen.

Please don't leave us hanging.

I really enjoyed this book. I have looked on Audible, but I'm hoping it will continue. we need to know if and when she will Marry, the daughters education and there has to be love and stuff for Jackie. The bed and breakfast. don't leave us hanging.
I would also like to say that this duo, Molly and Amanda are one one of my favorites.
