Beautiful affirmations

This audio book is full of beautiful affirmations from a soothing and comforting voice. The best part about these affirmations is that they don't shame the listener into changing or trying to get them to be someone different. The affirmations build up the listener and show them that their personality is beautiful and what makes them unique. At the same time they encourage trting new things even if they may be scary. This is an audio book that should be played over and over again, while getting ready for work, school, bed or even in the shower. It's a powerful tool to help with shyness, uncomfortable situations and just being more assertive and confident.

Shyness-my little one loves it.

My little one finds it very difficult to speak up in class or even to her friends when there are noisy kids in the group. She listens to this before she goes to sleep and it is having a positive effect.
