Comprehensive Nutition Details

I really liked reading this book to get some helpful tipps on Nutrition and diets.
Well structure and comprehensive,
This book is quite insightful. I've changed my diet to be more in line with what this research indicates, and I can already tell a difference in my energy level and focus even though it is difficult to let go of bad habits,
I especially enjoyed the narration about the medical doctor's perspectives and the advantages of spices, vitamins, minerals, and supplements that were explored.
