This book brings many important concepts together.
Being a type two diabetic I had learned the importance of diet and fasting to control my diabetes and get off insulin as well as other sugar controlling drugs. I found the information by studying a small library of books on the subject. This is a short book, so I also picked up a Kindle version to assist in making notes because the advice is as good as anything that is currently available as of 05/2020. Until a cure is found this is as good as it gets but it will require strong willpower during fasting days. Fasting does get easier as you cut out the junk carbs,

The way to go
The book was very easy to read and understand. If you struggle with diabetes, you need the most important stuff, you should not read a 300 page novel with four stories for each situation. This is just a nice and small book, which is all you need
