ALL IN ONE GUIDE FOR MANY ISSUES!

• this book compiled all topics such as treating thyroid,heart disease issues, hypertension,menopause causing health issues etc in a single book.

• while I've heard a lot about some of these topics from other books it was always from individual books on the topics than in a single book so it's awesome to have this.

• and while I'm satisfied with virtual voice narration because the information is gold it would have been helpful to have atleast website links complied in an accompanying pdf so even if ai made mistakes we could check the references from pdf.
• the book catalogue could also be divided by the right topics.
