No Other way to exist with success

Being able to change your state at will and influence the states of others (at will) is an invaluable skill. This book helped open my eyes even more to this reality. In the hands of well meaning people this could be a catalyst to change the world for the better. Tjat being said the most important concept os to be able to change self.

Narcisistic useless

Repetitive, self proclaiming, lots of : my work, my life, I am lucky to do, I coached many leaders. The chapter on provocative therapy is a useless joke.
Very generic, lot of useless wording, does not teach NLP explains what it is in a very broad, boring and narcissistic way.
Take a good class in NLP by a reputable school or from the creators themselves whom are still alive and willing to teach.
Who wants to listen to a narcissistic self proclaiming author?
Useless book. Take a class.

One wood, ugh....

the valuable information presented here could of been presented in under an hour, the narrator is a man reading, in a effeminate voice, listening to this reading was difficult at best, unless you just want to know more about sue knight, were she lived, some of her achievements, and her passion for cycling, and her relationship with her husband, than this may be for you, as a guide for NLP I would not recommend this book.

Self-indulging mess

This book is a collection of empty words and delusions.
Changing one's mental state through these techniques is a double-edged sword.
Instead of spending time inside your own head trying to manipulate your state it's much better to spend time solving actual problems and practicing concrete skills.
