Self development masterclass!

This book is very relevant to anyone who wishes to study self development techniques. Personally, I enjoyed the book about anxiety the most, but the other two are quite good as well.

Over 20 NLP techniques

Wow! This book is pretty thorough and interesting to boot. It has over 20 powerful NLP tactics.
I would definitely recommend this book to people with anxiety, or who just want to learn how to use NLP in general.

Learn all about anxiety and how to beat it

This book teaches you how anxiety works and the complete science behind it. You will also learn about depression, and what you can do about it using NLP! Great book!

Reprogramming your habits is easy if you know NLP

If you want to lose weight or improve your positive self talk habits, this book will tell you exactly how you can do those things! Reprogramming your brain isn’t as daunting as it sounds at first. NLP is a tool or language that helps you interface with your own mind.
