About this listen

My Good Grief is an interactive audio workbook to guide you through your grief process. We are committed to people being free to be real. This audio workbook is produced in a metaphor of a walk through the forest. You can sometimes feel like you are walking through a dark dense forest. Cheryl Parker will walk you through to dappled light, then a sense of beauty and ultimately freedom. The audio workbook is the curriculum for an eight-week workshop and the author offers a half-hour coaching call to complete the program with confidence and success.

Love the forest metaphor

I really loved the process of this journey, mapping out grief, traveling through a forest and the twists and turns along the way. As an Art Therapist I plan to recommend this book to clients and work with them using art expression to work through this process with the guided journeys.
