Wow! Incredible!

I downloaded this book thinking it was going to be another ‘fitness’ ‘quick weight loss program’! Boy, was I wrong. Being one who has battled weight, fun and addiction, it hit right at home. Though preparation is key, my eyes were opened to how fun that could be! This book, beautifully read by the author, is extremely inspiring and I can’t wait to put into some kind of action. Be it woman or man, one can gain tremendously from its teachings. Very well done and beautifully read.

Good advice

Minus the divorce and being a couch potato, this story could be mine. I spent years keeping meticulous count of every calorie, fat gram, and carb and logging every single workout. The weight still piled on gradually.
